Pre/Post Natal

Prenatal and postnatal care are vital for a healthy pregnancy and baby. Receiving care and support tailored to individual needs can help prevent complications during and after delivery. It's important to prioritize your health and seek the necessary care to ensure a safe and successful journey through pregnancy.

Pre Natal Rehab

Prenatal rehabilitation is essential for a healthy pregnancy, as it not only benefits the mother during pregnancy but also helps with labor, delivery, and recovery.  During pregnancy, our muscles tend to shorten and tighten while our ligaments stretch and become looser. It's crucial to perform the right exercises and stretches to ensure a safe workout routine. By doing so, you can maintain your fitness levels and prepare your body for childbirth. With my personalized one-on-one workout/stretching sessions, I can help you and your baby feel your best throughout your pregnancy journey.

Post Natal/Pelvic Floor Recovery

Postnatal rehab  is so important for moms to recover after childbirth. I create a tailored functional movement plan that focuses on strengthening our pelvic floor, engaging the correct musculature, improving posture for feeding, bladder control, range of motion and functional movements like getting up and down off the floor.

The process of giving birth can put our bodies under a lot of stress, and bouncing back isn't always easy. Incorporating gentle exercise and movement into our daily routine can help us regain strength and improve our physical and mental well-being.

Whether you had a vaginal delivery or c-section, we develop a personalized plan to meet your specific needs. For my c-section mamas, C-section scar work is a crucial step in the healing process. It helps to minimize scar tissue, release scar tension, loosen abdominal tightening, and desensitize the scar area. By incorporating scar work into your postpartum recovery plan, you can promote optimal healing and improve your overall well-being.

You do not have to go through the 4th trimester alone, I am here to get you up and moving when you are ready!
